Taqwa Daily is operated by Analytics Compliance & Security Solutions LLC ("ACS", "we", "us", "our"). By using Taqwa Daily, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to the web app, the mobile app, and any related services.
Taqwa Daily provides Islamic content, reflection prompts, and habit-building tools for personal spiritual growth. It is not a religious authority. Nothing in the app constitutes a fatwa (religious ruling), legal advice, medical advice, or religious instruction. All content is for informational and reflective purposes only. Consult a qualified scholar for religious guidance.
You may use the free features without an account. A paid subscription requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Paid subscriptions (Plus, Premium, Family) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe on web. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No refunds are provided for partial periods. To cancel, visit your account page and click Manage, or contact admin@blegalapp.com.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store, Apple's payment and refund policies apply. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Apple handles all payment disputes for App Store purchases.
The free tier is provided as-is and may be changed or discontinued at any time. We commit to giving 30 days notice before removing core free features.
All Quranic translations, hadith references, and Islamic content in Taqwa Daily are provided for educational and reflective purposes. Translations are approximate. We strive for accuracy but make no warranty of scholarly authority. Hadith grades are cited where available. Do not rely on this app as your sole source of Islamic knowledge.
Journal entries are stored locally on your device. We never transmit or access your journal entries. You retain full ownership of anything you write.
Push reminders are optional and may be enabled or disabled from your account page. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your browser, device, operating system, and network availability.
You may not use Taqwa Daily for any unlawful purpose, to harm others, or to misrepresent your religious authority. You may not attempt to access or reverse-engineer the service beyond what is normally permitted.
Taqwa Daily is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations. We are not liable for any loss of data, including journal entries stored locally.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
